My name is Susan Beach and I am co-founder of A Ton of Love Draft Horse Rescue. I am a proud mother of three beautiful kids -- Mike, 15, Makayla, 11, Samuel, 3. My best friend and constant companion is Sophia Lucia, an Off the Track Thoroughbred who raced under the name Triumph Arch. She is eight years old. It is my love of her and all horses (other animals, too) that sparked my desire to learn. The purpose of this blog is to share my information with you! There is always something else to learn about the world of equines.

    what is up with the bad press...are you actually embezzling your donations to the rescue. You need to clear that up. Hope it is not true.
